We are looking for a for our team all-round web designer with an affinity for marketing, SEO and SEA. Someone who is creative, technically savvy and understands how design, usability and online findability come together.
What are you going to do?
As an all-around web designer, you'll create websites that not only look great but also deliver results. You'll contribute to the structure, design, content, and conversion rate, developing a site that users can easily navigate.
Because we are a small, close-knit team are, you are close to the projects and are you involved in the entire process, from initial idea to launch and optimization. This means variety, responsibility and plenty of space to be able to express your ideas.

Your duties will include:
- Design and develop websites with WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify
- Working with page builders
- Developing and improving UX and UI
- Optimizing websites for SEO, performance and speed
- Thinking about online marketing, conversion and SEA
- Editing photos and videos for websites, campaigns and social media
- Analyzing website performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Implement technical and visual optimizations
You will work with, among other things:
- Wordpress
- WooCommerce
- Shopify
- Page builders
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photo and video editing tools
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- SEO and marketing tools, such as SE Ranking, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Chrome DevTools
What do we expect from you?
- MBO or HBO work and thinking level
- Demonstrable experience as an all-round web designer: you can design and build/deliver
- You enjoy working on complete websites: from structure and wireframes to go-live and aftercare
Design, UX and content
- Strong feeling for UI / UX and conversion (layout, hierarchy, CTAs, forms, usability)
- You can translate a corporate identity into a consistent website (typography, colours, components)
- Experience with photo and video editing (web-ready assets, compression, formats)
- Good graphic skills with Adobe Photoshop en Adobe Illustrator
WordPress and build quality
- Extensive experience with Wordpress and page builders (e.g. Breakdance and Elementor)
- You can choose, configure and manage plugins intelligently (functionality, speed, security)
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML and CSS (enough to fine-tune layouts and troubleshoot issues)
- You build responsively and neatly: mobile/tablet/desktop is correct, and you test before delivery
Technical setup and connections
- Experience with setting up forms, dynamic content and practical website functionalities.
- You can connect external services and get them working, such as:
- e-mail/SMTP and mail delivery (setting up, testing, resolving "mail not arriving")
- agenda/CRM/newsletter tools and other plugin or API connections
- basic sense of cloud-related integrations such as Google Cloud (pair/configure as needed)
Measuring, conversion and advertising
- You can set up and monitor tracking and conversions properly:
- Google Tag Manager
- google analytics 4 (basic check whether data comes in logically)
- Meta Pixels
- You understand how marketing and websites come together: landing pages, speed, trust, measurability.
E-commerce and feeds
- Pre: experience with WooCommerce and Shopify, product feeds and integrations such as Google Merchant Center
- You think about product presentation, category structure and conversion in a webshop
You as a colleague
- You work independently, think along and take responsibility (also in choices/advice to customers).
- You are eager to learn and stay up to date with developments in web design and online marketing.
- You communicate clearly: you can explain what you do, why you recommend something and what the impact is.
